Sunday Worship

During the Covid Pandemic, Sunday Worship at St Paul’s will be slightly different to the usual pattern, with some services live-streamed to our Facebook page.  The coming Sunday’s services will be indicated below.

8.00 am: Mass in Church, also live-streamed on facebookOrder of Service

9.30 am: Sunday Worship on Zoom

10.30 am: Mass in Church

2.00 pm: Messy Church

Our Usual Sunday Pattern is as follows:

8.00 am – Said Eucharist

A quiet celebration of Holy Communion, well attended by all ages. There’s a sermon, but no hymns. Followed by coffee. The perfect way to start off your Sunday.

9.30 am – Morning Prayer

Fr David says Morning Prayer quietly in the Chancel; others are welcome to join him if they wish.

10.30 am – Sung Eucharist

This is our main Sunday Eucharist, with hymns, choir and a sermon. There is a Sunday School twice a month (for further information click here). Lots of people come to this service and we often have baptisms and once each half term it is a family Mass with input from the school.

6.00 pm – Evening Prayer

A short relaxed service, when we offer praise and thanksgiving to God as evening falls.
